About Tasha
Having lived in Denver since 1982, I have extensive knowledge of and experience in the area. I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers of homes throughout South Metro Denver, especially those located in Parker and Castle Rock because I love the communities there. I particularly enjoy working with families new to Colorado. My husband and three young adult children are products of the Cherry Creek School District, and our family loves cheering on Colorado’s sports teams and taking part in outdoor activities like golfing and fishing.
I don’t see real estate as a job. I’m a facilitator in making home dreams come true and will protect my client’s needs like a Mama Bear does her cubs. To me, it is all about the relationships I form with each family or individual I assist. It’s about helping you feel the exhilaration of waking up in your perfect home. How may I be of service to you?
What do you dream of, desire for, or absolutely have to have in a house? For me, it was finding a home, not a house. As a realtor, I guide people through the journey of finding their ideal home or selling a house that wasn’t home, knowing the most important part of the process is you. At 6’1” I’m not afraid to go the extra mile for my clients and have been called a Mama Bear on more than one occasion.
My passion for helping people find the right home came a bit later in life. Previously, I worked as a corporate consultant, guiding businesses through changes in their processes and infrastructure to help them better meet the needs of their clients. A key component of that job was listening to customer feedback. As a realtor, I listen to my client’s desires and needs with the same drive. I know that the best way to turn a house on a street into a home in a neighborhood is by finding the right fit for your family.
With my corporate experience, I also understand how to maximize the success of your real estate experience with me and am committed to direct, open communication and streamlining processes. Basically, I prefer a straightforward, efficient approach in finding, buying and/or selling a home. After I understand your needs, the Mama Bear in me can start hunting for the best deal for you.
